Nosghy
Nosghy
Saudi mental-health marketplace — clinic onboarding, booking, Zoom sessions, and MyFatoorah payouts for web and mobile — collaborative build.
Nosghy (نصغي) is a Saudi platform that connects people with psychological, educational, and family counseling clinics — so patients can book online or onsite sessions, pay securely, and meet specialists by video, while clinics run onboarding, schedules, and payouts in one place.
Built as a Laravel monolith with an Inertia patient portal, a role-aware ops dashboard, and Sanctum APIs for the live iOS and Android apps.
The problem
Counseling centers in KSA often faced:
- No safe way to sell remote sessions without building their own platform
- Patients asking “where do I find a specialist?” with no trusted catalog
- Manual booking, WhatsApp follow-ups, and unclear session status
- Gulf payments, wallets, and clinic bank onboarding that generic tools ignore
- Arabic-first UX and OTP trust that brochure sites never deliver
Who it is for
Psychological, family, and educational counseling centers in Saudi Arabia — and the patients who need a private, easy way to book and attend care on web or phone.
Outcome
Booking, video care, clinic onboarding, and settlement live in one operable system. Patients use bilingual web plus App Store / Play apps; clinics join, get paid, and manage specialists without building a custom stack.

Me contacterWhat types of companies do you work with?
B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and startups building custom web apps, MVPs, and internal tools.
How long does it take to build a custom application?
An MVP is typically 4 to 8 weeks. Larger products can take 3 to 6 months of continuous development.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. CRMs, payment gateways, marketing platforms, and internal databases — via custom APIs.
Do you offer consultations or ongoing support?
Both. One-time reviews, and retainers for maintenance, performance, and new features.
What does onboarding look like?
A discovery call, then technical planning and scope — before the first line of code.
