Gestquick
Gestquick
Stock and sales for Moroccan SMEs: BL-first invoicing, chèques, and tax-compliant numbering collaborative build.
Gestquick is a web app that helps Moroccan businesses manage stock, sales, deliveries, invoices, and payments in one place — the way work actually happens in Morocco.
You can create a commande, ship with a bon de livraison, collect cash on delivery, invoice at month-end, track client balances, and follow chèques and effets until they clear — without juggling notebooks and Excel.
The problem
Wholesale and retail teams often face:
- Sales in WhatsApp or Excel — nobody sees real stock
- Delivery first (BL), invoice later — but tools only understand “invoice now”
- Cash collected on the road that never ties back to the right client
- Month-end merge of several BLs into one facture done by hand
- Chèques and effets with no clear status
- Foreign ERPs that ignore ICE, TVA rates, and Moroccan numbering rules
Who it is for
Wholesalers, distributors, FMCG, and retailers who sell on BL and invoice later — and want operations clarity without a heavy foreign ERP.
Outcome
Day-to-day sales, stock, and payments live in one app instead of spreadsheets and WhatsApp photos. Month-end invoicing is faster, client balances are clearer, and documents stay aligned with Moroccan commercial practice.
Ready for something similar?
If your team still runs sales and stock on Excel — or an ERP that ignores how Morocco actually sells — let’s talk about your project.
Ce qui a été livré :
- Full Moroccan sales paths: Commande → BL → Facture → Paiement (and shortcuts when you need them)
- Cash on delivery and month-end merge of several BLs into one invoice
- Stock that shows what you have, what is reserved, and what you can still sell
- Chèque & effet tracking, caisse, and clear client / supplier balances
- Local rules built in: MAD, TVA rates, ICE, sequential invoice numbers with no gaps
- French business language your team already knows
- Roles for managers, sales, warehouse, and viewers

Both. One-time reviews, and retainers for maintenance, performance, and new features.
