Debrah

Debrah delivery operations dashboard and mobile logistics in Saudi Arabia

Debrah

Arabic ops dashboard for a Riyadh delivery startup — plus Laravel Sanctum APIs powering customer and driver mobile apps — collaborative build.

Cost
Starts at $5,000
Duration
Starts at 8 months

Debrah is a Saudi on-demand delivery platform — restaurants, shops, drivers, and customers in one logistics loop. I built and extended the Arabic-first admin dashboard and the Laravel APIs that power the customer and driver mobile apps.

Ops run orders and fleet from the dashboard; mobile apps talk to the same backend over Sanctum-authenticated JSON — so browse → order → track → deliver stays consistent.

The problem

Multi-sided delivery startups in KSA often outgrow spreadsheets fast:

  • Ops need one place for orders, merchant partners, and driver status — not three WhatsApp groups

  • Driver onboarding needs identity and vehicle documents, suspension rules, and order history

  • Merchants need categories and catalog control that feed what customers see in the app

  • Mobile apps need stable JSON APIs for ordering, dispatch, and fulfillment — with token auth ops can trust

  • The team works in Arabic day to day; English-only admin tools slow everyone down

  • Metronic-based ops UI: home metrics, orders (list, detail, create/edit, invoice), drivers (list, profile, documents, per-driver orders)

  • Roles, permissions, and admin users for safe back-office access

  • Category management with drag-sort and media uploads

  • Surfaces for merchants/companies, customers, delivery offers, coupons, notifications, and chat

Mobile application APIs

  • Built and extended Laravel Sanctum APIs for the customer and driver mobile apps
  • Ordering, fulfillment status, and dispatch-related flows on a shared domain model with the dashboard
  • Token auth so apps and ops stay aligned without duplicate sources of truth

Who it is for

Platform operators in Riyadh, fleet managers onboarding drivers, merchant partners, and end users on the customer and driver apps.

Outcome

Operations got a coherent Arabic admin for orders and drivers, while mobile teams shipped features against real Laravel APIs instead of one-off endpoints — one backend for dashboard and apps.

What types of companies do you work with?

B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and startups building custom web apps, MVPs, and internal tools.

How long does it take to build a custom application?

An MVP is typically 4 to 8 weeks. Larger products can take 3 to 6 months of continuous development.

Can you integrate with our existing tools?

Yes. CRMs, payment gateways, marketing platforms, and internal databases — via custom APIs.

Do you offer consultations or ongoing support?

Both. One-time reviews, and retainers for maintenance, performance, and new features.

What does onboarding look like?

A discovery call, then technical planning and scope — before the first line of code.
